Why does the price increase by $1 per purchase?
I used this pricing strategy (which has come to be known as "bumpsale pricing") for the presale of my course and it worked out great. Plus, it's just a fun way to sell stuff. I stole borrowed the idea from Jason Zook, who used it when he launched IWearYourShirt back in 2008 (in case you're wondering, I did get Jason's permission).
